Espen Juul Haugan

Competence

Espen is a partner and the head of Codex's department for IPR and technology. He has 25 years of versatile business law practice with particular focus on IPR, technology, contracts, sustainability/CSR, and litigation.

Espen is Codex's contact person in organizations such as INTA and IAG and has an extensive international network. Espen has assisted a wide range of Norwegian and foreign businesses in industries such as aquaculture, industry, IT, software, technology, TV/telecom, and retail. Espen also assists book publishers and humanitarian organizations.
