What is CSR?

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to a company’s responsibility for how its operations affect the society around it. This includes matters such as corporate governance, ethics, environmental considerations, working conditions and responsibility within supply chains.

For Codex, corporate responsibility is not a side project. It is part of how we run our business and how we advise our clients.

Codex and international initiatives

Codex has previously taken part in international initiatives related to climate and responsible business conduct. The firm was, among other things, recognised in the UN Climate Neutral Now programme as the first law firm in this context.

This forms part of Codex’s history. Today, the most important thing is how we work in practice with responsible operations, ethical standards and clear expectations for our own business and for our partners.

Sustainability reports

Codex has prepared sustainability reports describing priorities, measures and developments over time. You can download our reports below. The reports are in norwegian.

Ethical guidelines

Ethical guidelines are a central part of our work on corporate responsibility. They apply both internally and in our dealings with suppliers and business partners.

Our goal is to maintain clear standards for integrity, accountability and compliance.

Codex Green

Codex Green is an internal initiative focused on sustainability and responsible development. The initiative forms part of Codex’s broader commitment to corporate responsibility.
